Welcome to the Concho Plaza Farmers Market! Our mission is to bring farm-fresh products directly to the table while fostering unity among the people of Concho. We are committed to helping you succeed and encourage you to share the event with others to ensure a great turnout. Please read the guidelines carefully before signing at the bottom.
The event fee is $25, which covers both Friday evening and Saturday morning sessions. We encourage you to attend both days to fully experience the market. The fee remains $25 even if you can only attend one day.
We invite all vendors to engage with the local community and promote a spirit of togetherness. Take this opportunity to meet and connect with your fellow Concho residents.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves with respect and consideration towards others. Any loud disputes during market hours will result in both parties being excluded from future events.
While vendors should ideally bring their own tables and chairs, we will have a few available for free on a first-come, first-served basis.
Canopies are encouraged to keep your products cool and protected, though not mandatory. We will have a limited number of canopies available for free on a first-come, first-served basis.
All canopies and tents must be securely anchored or weighted. This is essential to ensure safety and prevent damages.
The League of the Blessed Sacrament, along with its volunteers and members, is not responsible for any property or bodily damage. Vendors are accountable for their own products and sales. Ensure you have a cash box, sufficient change, card swiper, or any necessary tools for handling transactions.
Bringing children is perfectly fine, but you must supervise them and take responsibility for any damages they may cause.
We appreciate your help in promoting the event to ensure a better turnout. Your success contributes to the overall success of the market.
We welcome products directly related to farming, agriculture, or kitchen items. If you wish to sell other items, please seek prior approval.
Sales of thrift store products or coffee will not be permitted as they would compete with the existing thrift store and coffee shop.
Pornographic material and CBD products of any form are strictly prohibited.
Vendors should arrive early enough to set up and have their vehicles parked in the designated vendor parking area before the market opens.
Thank you for being a part of the Concho Plaza Farmers Market! Your participation helps us bring farm-fresh products to our community and strengthens our local bonds. We look forward to a successful and enjoyable event for everyone involved.
